On/Flash/Off
Description
1: Controller
Ready -
Green
On
Indicates that the RAID
controller is active and operating
properly.
Flashing
The RAID controller is
initializing.
Off
The RAID controller is not ready
for operation.
2: Host
Active -
Green
Flashing
There is activity on the host
ports.
Off
There is no activity on the host
ports.
3: Drive
Busy -
Green
Flashing
There is activity on the drive
ports.
Off
There is no activity on the drive
ports.
4: Partner
Failed
(DX100
only) -
Amber
On
Indicates that the partner
controller in a redundant
controller subsystem has failed.
Off
The partner controller is
operating correctly.
5: Cache
Dirty -
Amber
On
Indicates that data is currently
being cached in memory or is
being held up by the BBU during
a system power loss.
6: BBU Fault
-
Amber
On
The BBU cannot sustain the
cache memory. BBU may also be
missing.
Off
The BBU is able to sustain the
cache memory.
Flash
The BBU is charging.
