Permanent

Global
check boxes, and click
Change
.
This changes the Emulex Fibre Channel HBA topology to
PT-PT fabric
first, then attempt FC-AL
. The HBA will attempt a point-to-point
connection (PT-PT) first and if this is unsuccessful, the HBA reverts to
loop mode (FC-AL).
Other topology settings are:
• 0 = FC-AL (loop)
• 1 = PT-PT (fabric)
• 2 = FC-AL first, then attempt PT-PT (default setting)
