Replacing a width receiver board

14. Start sliding the gate tray back into the gate,
plugging in the ribbon cables as you go. Make sure
you plug the end of the ribbon cable into the end
connector on the board. The middle of the ribbon
cable will then plug into the connector on the
middle of the board. Make sure the ribbon cables
have been firmly locked into place, with both tabs
securely snapped.
15. Replace the screws that were removed from the front
gate cover.
16. Plug the power cable back into the height
transmitter (back) board.
17. Make sure no cables are being pinched, then
replace the gate cover and screw it into place.
18. Power the Cubiscan 325 on.
19. You now need to run a threshold test. Go to
Menu >
Diagnose > Gate
. Move the gate to the middle of
the Cubiscan and then tap
ALL
. This test will take
several minutes to complete.
20. Your Cubiscan should now be functioning normally.
Replacing a width
receiver board
This section describes how to replace a width receiver
board on the Cubiscan 325.
Items needed
–Regular and small Phillips Screwdriver
–Replacement width receiver board
Complete the following steps to replace a width receiver
board. The width receiver boards are located on top of
the gate.
1. Power the Cubiscan 325 off.
2. Remove the four screws shown in
and then
remove the gate cover.
