12.3.2 Printing reports on a USB printer
Attention!
The connection between electrofusion control unit and printer should be established before
selecting the menu entry "USB".
The manufacturer does not guarantee that the electrofusion control unit will work with every USB-
printer model. Depending on the manufacturer and type of the printer is is possible that no
connection can be established.

Selecting the entry "USB"

Connect the printer with the USB interface of the electrofusion control unit.

Select the entry "USB" in the function menu, using the ▲

and ▼
-buttons.

Then press the enter button to select the function. The message "Check USB" is displayed for a
short time. The terminal device which is connected to the USB interface is now tested. After that, a
display with the available printing options is shown.

Make your selection here. You can choose if you want to print all reports or only those that are
stored under a certain job number. Navigate to the desired entry by pressing the ▲

buttons and confirm the selection by pressing the enter button to begin data transfer.

If you chose to transfer the reports per job number, select the respective job number with the
arrow buttons ▲

and ▼ and confirm your selection with the green start button.

Beginning the data transmission
3.1
Data transfer and printing starts. During data transfer, the following message appears in the
display.
