If your mail requires no application of postage, see

to choose your job settings.

If your mail requires postage, you must determine if you can print directly on your mail. You can
feed mail provided your mail pieces meet the requirements (material type, dimensions, and
thickness) for your mailing system.. If your mail meets these requirements, select the appropriate
postage or weighing method from
Chart A
.

If your mail does NOT meet your mailing system requirements for direct printing, you MUST print a
postage tape. Select the applicable postage or weighing method from
Chart B
.

You do not know the weight of your piece of mail.
