Attach the excitation filter wheel control cable, as shown in Figure 102.

Fix the emission polarizer into the emission filter wheel location, using the 
locating hole and pin for initial location of the wheel, as shown in  
Figure 103.

Before tightening the fixing screws fully, check that the emission filter wheel 
and emission polarizer wheel are correctly set and do not touch one another 
during rotation, as shown in Figure 104.  
Do this by manually rotating the two wheels in opposite directions. If the 
wheels touch, gently turn the polarizer wheel until the two wheels do not 
meet.
