11. Remove the lid by grasping the handle and twis0ng
the lid counter-‐clockwise to the open posi0on. As
noted, the lid will not open unless all the pressure is
released. Never force open the lid if it does not open
freely, the unit is s0ll under pressure.
12. To turn the unit off unplug the unit from the wall
outlet.
Note: The unit will con0nue to cook food while in the
WARM cycle so it is important to turn off the unit if the
food is completely cooked and there is no need to keep
the food warm.
