CONTROL PANEL

The red HEATING light will illuminate when you plug the pressure

cooker in, indica0ng you are in the pre-‐hea0ng cycle. The green WARM light

will illuminate once the preheat cycle is complete. To begin the cooking

process, select a 0me by turning the control knob clockwise to the desired

cooking 0me. The red HEATING light will indicate that the pressure cooker is

hea0ng and building pressure, once the unit is under pressure the 0mer will

begin to count down. When the cooking cycle is complete the green WARM

light will illuminate and the control knob will point to KEEP WARM.
