7.1 Software Problems

Software Installation does

Virus checker not allowing
proper access. Ensure virus checker is disabled and re-
install.
LinerSCAN software
‘hangs’ or is slow
Alarm values have just
been

before clicking further buttons. The system
can take several minutes to update all
configurations on a large (many sensor)

Software does not fit on the

Turn the virus checker ‘off’ and re-install
LinerSCAN. If the PC is not connected to a
network or internet consider disabling virus
checker or removing from PC – software
should run faster.
Software does not see one

Fuse blown Check lights on bottom of sensor (inside box)
