12. While the bullet connector is still warm from the soldering process (do not directly touch
it; it will burn you), insert it into the back of the plastic connector housing. The red
(positive) lead goes into the back of "D" shaped hole in the smaller ("Male") of the two
housings (there are +/- markings on the housings as well).
13. Set the connector on a firm surface (the floor, preferably concrete), and hold in place
with pliers. Do not hold the housing with your hands, or you may accidently stab yourself.
Push the bullet connector into the plastic housing with a small flat head screwdriver and
strong pressure (a hammer may be carefully used). You will feel (and may hear) a “pop”
when the bullet connector is properly locked into the plastic housing, and should appear
as shown below.
14. Repeat steps 1 through 13, this time to solder another "female" bullet connector onto the
other lead of your battery.
