35. Administrative Regulations on Low Power Radio Waves Radiated Devices.
For any certified low-power RF devices, any company, firm, or user is not allowed to change the
frequency, increase the power, or change the characteristics and functions of the original design
without approval.
The use of low-power RF device shall not affect flight safety and interfere with legal
communication; if interference is found, it shall be immediately deactivated and improved until no
interference is required.
Legal communication in the preceding paragraph refers to radio communications operating in
accordance with the provisions of the Telecommunications Act.
Low-power RF device must withstand interference from legal communications or radiological
electrical equipment for industrial, scientific, and medical use.
36. The operations near the radar system shall not be influenced.
The directed antenna with high gain must apply to the fixed point-to-point system only.
