Wi-Fi network not
available.
eXact 2 supports only 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi networks. Select the corresponding 2.4 GHz
SSID to connect the device to your network.
If your network uses a single SSID that combines the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz
bands, you have to temporarily disable the 5
GHz band in your router or
network device settings to connect the device. Once the device is
connected, you can reenable the 5 GHz band again.
Docking station does not
charge properly
The eXact 2 turns on when placed on the docking station to charge the battery.
When the battery is charged, the eXact 2 turns the wireless transmitter in the
docking station off.
Every 20 minutes the transmitter turns back on, wakes up the device, and eXact 2
checks the battery charge
If the charge is less than 95%, the docking station charges the battery back
up to 100% and turns off.
If the charge is 95% or higher, the transmitter turns back off for another
20 minute cycle.
This cycle keeps the battery at a safe temperature while keeping the battery
charged.
