Setting the POP Access Key
This function allows others to share the DX-2000 to retrieve their emails from the POP server by preprogramming
their POP User Names and POP Passwords into the Program Keys (P1 to P8). They will be able to retrieve their
emails by simply pressing the associated Program Key. (See Note 1)

You can now set other Program Keys by repeating the
procedures from Step 3, or return to standby by pressing

1. If security is a concern and to prevent unauthorized personnel from retrieving your email from the POP server, when
programming the Program Key, leave the POP Password field "Blank". By leaving it "Blank", the machine will
prompt you to enter the POP Password when the Program Key is pressed to retrieve mail.
