Installation of air nozzle and removing dust by compressed air
[Only for LP-MA00 type]
Install the attached air nozzle (one piece) near the laser emission port and blow away dust or contaminant with the
compressed air to keep the laser emission port clean.
WARNING
• Never use the gas other than air. The laser beam may ignite the gas,
resulting in fire.

ワㄐㄕㄊㄆ
• Remove oil or oil mist in a compressed air by using the filter or other equipment, and blow dried and clean compressed
air.
• Together with removing the dust by the compressed air, clean the protection glass of the laser emission port regularly.
Operating with the contaminated laser emission port may lead to deterioration in quality of laser marking or processing
and product failure. Refer to “4-2-1 Protection glass of laser emission port” (P.130).
• To prevent the damage to the piping of the compressed air by the laser beam and its reflected beam, cover the plastic
piping with the protective casing such as the metal casing with black coating.
