close timing when test marking, laser check radiation or laser measurement/correction is
performed.
One-shot output time is set on the environment setting screen.

Complete the input of L-GATE OP IN (one-shot signal) within 400 ms after detecting L-GATE
OPREQ output.

The laser gate opening/closing operation completes within 600 ms after T3 falls.

Open the laser gate and start test marking, laser check radiation or laser power
measurement once laser radiation is ready.

• If the marking time is shorter than the one-shot output time, marking is output only at the one-shot output time.
In that case, L-GATE CLREQ is output when the marking is completed.
• In case that the L-GATE OP IN does not falls within T2 time, warning E227 may be issued.
