With “allow to stop halfway” setting
When the trigger mode is set to “continuous trigger” in the file settings, lasing operation is repeated while TRIGGER IN (X5)
is on. With “allow to stop halfway” setting, the lasing operation is terminated immediately when TRIGGER IN turns OFF.

time is required at every marking.

If the trigger processing was stopped by an alarm or a warning, PROCESSING FAIL OUT
(Y12) turns on during the one-shot output period. PROCESSING END OUT (Y11) will not
be output at this time.

• If the executed number of lasing operation are less than the specified minimum number, warning E630 occurs after the
marking operation.
• If TRIGGER IN signal remains ON though the executed number of lasing operation reaches the specified maximum
number, warning E631 occurs and the subsequent lasing is canceled.
