OUT COM. 2: Output common 2
The common terminal for each output of the I/O connector.
In case of NPN connection, this terminal is connected to the “- (minus)” side of power which is used for
control. In case of PNP connection, this terminal is connected to the “+ (plus)” side of power which is used for
control.
ンㄆㄇㄆㄓㄆㄏㄆ
• IN COM. 1, OUT COM. 1 of the I/O terminal block and IN COM. 2, OUT COM. 2 of the I/O connector are
independent.
If you use the I/O connector terminal, connect input common/output common of the I/O terminal block and
the I/O connector to power supply respectively.
• For details on the connection, refer to “4-5-2 Connecting common terminals” (P.89).
28
SET OK OUT: Setting completion output
The output turns ON when the setting has completed for SET IN (No.2).
Output ON when number inputs such as file No. and counter reset are set. This is one-shot output. *1
ンㄆㄇㄆㄓㄆㄏㄆ
• SET OK OUT is a response to SET IN (No.2). To verify if the laser marker has entered into the marking
ready state (trigger input acceptance state), check by READY OUT (Y5).
29
DATE GAP OUT: Date gap output
This terminal turns ON when the date of the system clock has changed (passed the midnight) while TIME
HOLD IN (No.22) is ON.
This is the output to notify you that the laser marker is marking the different date from that of the system clock
while TIME HOLD IN is turned ON.

COUNT END A OUT: Counter end A output
COUNT END B OUT: Counter end B output
COUNT END C OUT: Counter end C output
COUNT END D OUT: Counter end D output
Each output turns ON when the count value of the specified counter numbers has marked the end value.
Assign the counter No. to COUNT END A OUT to COUNT END D OUT in system settings of Laser Marker
NAVI smart.
The counter end output remains turned ON with the shutter open until the next marking trigger is input. When
you close the shutter, the counter end output turns OFF.
ンㄆㄇㄆㄓㄆㄏㄆ
• As the default setting, counter No. 0 to 3 are assigned to COUNT END A OUT to COUNT END D OUT
respectively.
• The counter value will not be updated at test marking.
• It starts counting from the initial value again once the counter reaches to the end value.
• The counter end output is disabled when “counter update per step” is configured at Step & repeat.
• The counter end output is available when you set the functional character of the counter in a string of the
objects such as character or barcode.

CHECK OK OUT: Check OK output
CHECK NG OUT: Check NG output
This is the terminal you will use when the link control function with the image checker is configured.
Check results by the linked image checker, such as a camera or a code reader are output. This is One-shot
output. *1
• CHECK OK OUT: Output when the check result is positive
• CHECK NG OUT: Output when the check result is negative
