7.4  Troubleshooting Procedure for Bar Code Scanner

If you experience difficulty scanning bar codes, clean the bar code scanner window with alcohol 

and a lint-free cloth. If difficulty continues, check the bar code scanner window for scratches. 

Call OPTI Medical Technical Support for a replacement bar code scanner window.
