6. The [Pfcl Setup Wizard:] group box displays the option button menu shown below. If
you want to set the parfocality correction values of objectives with other power values,
simply click the <Next> button.
Click to proceed to the setting of the
objective with next higher power to the
current objective.
Click to select the desired objective
from the [Objectives] group box and
set the parfocality correction value for
it.
Click to save the currently set
parfocality correction and jog
sensitivity values, then close the
dialog box.
(This option button is displayed when
the setting is changed.)
(Click the <Next> button to save the
setting and close the dialog box.)
