6040 analog input reference adjustment
The analog input reference voltage is adjusted at the factory and nor-
mally will not require adjustment. If necessary, this reference adjust-
ment can be readjusted to the factory setting or can also be offset to
measure up to a 5% over range input. If adjustment is required, pro-
ceed with the following:
1. Attach a digital voltmeter between TP1(+) and TP2, connecting the
positive lead to TP1(+).
2. For standard factory adjustment, adjust potentiometer R1 until a
reading of 4.096V is attained.
3. For over range input adjustment, adjust potentiometer R1 to the follow-
ing table:
