Serve two of the vegetable servings listed below with two tablespoons of the dips

• baby carrots or large carrots, peeled and sliced
• celery spears
• bell pepper, sliced
• cucumber, sliced
• cherry tomatoes
• cup sugar snap peas

Hummus (2 tbs/serving)
• 2 cloves of garlic
• 2 cups canned chick peas, rinsed and well drained
• 1 tsp sea salt
• 1/3 cup tahini
• Juice of 2 fresh lemons
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Preparation:

Place all ingredients in Nutribullet. Pulse with the Extractor Blade several
times until well combined but still coarse. Adjust seasonings.
