Nortel Secure Network Access Switch 4050 User Guide
When Telnet or SSH access is enabled, only those hosts listed in the Access List
are allowed to access the Nortel SNAS 4050 over the network. If no hosts have
been added to the Access List, this means that any host is allowed to access the
Nortel SNAS 4050 over the network (assuming that Telnet or SSH access is
enabled).
If there are entries in the Access List but your host is not listed, use the
/cfg/
sys/accesslist/add
command to add the required host to the Access List.
Check the IP address configuration
If your host is allowed to access the Nortel SNAS 4050 over the network
according to the Access List, check that you have configured the correct IP
addresses on the Nortel SNAS 4050.
