PREPARING YOUR SYSTEM FOR UPGRADE

Follow the procedure below to prepare for installing or removing components.

 

1. 

Prepare the Phillips screwdriver.

 

2. 

Shut down the OS.

 

3. 

Unlock the front bezel.

 

4. 

Remove the front bezel.

 

5. 

Press the POWER switch to power off the server (the POWER LED goes off).
