ELECTRIC FURNACE
MODULE HARNESS
24V CONTROL WIRE
(NOT SUPPLIED),
FROM TERMINAL STRIP ON MAIN CONTROL BOX

Electrical Furnace Module Wiring:
○ Feed one end of the harness through the open clearance hole in the front electrical knock out in the base
of the blower module. Ensure control box access facing the front of the unit with electrical heater coils to
the bottom.
Pass the bulk head connector attached to the
fl ex conduit through front electrical knock out and secure
from inside blower module with lock nut.
○ Hard wire the harness wires (black, red, green) as per Step 2 in the Blower Module Wiring Section.
○ Connect the single pair 24V control wire (not supplied) to the “Electric Furnace” terminals on the terminal
strip mounted to top of the main control box.
○ Route and secure the control wire around the back of the HMF150 furnace and under the bottom of the
electric furnace module to the second front bottom
knock out on the bottom side of the electric furnace
control panel. Place plastic grommet (not supplied),
in knock out and run control wires inside electric
furnace control box.
○ Wire routing and termination in electric
furnace control box.
KEEP CONTROL WIRE AWAY FROM HOT SPOTS ON FURNACE THAT WILL DAMAGE WIRE.
