NOTE
1. Adjusted motor speed when operating the original furnace, should balance air fl ow thru, so that
temperature and pressure differential measured between warm air supply plenum remain the same
before and after addition of the “Add On”.
2. Adjustment of motor speed when operating “Add On” should provide an air fl ow of 1100-1300 CFM
thru the ducting system.
NOTE - Instructions and speci fi cations to be included in kit for:
a) ECM motor in original furnace
• relay acts as dry contact for G contact on G13 control board.
b) PSC motor in original furnace (TYPE 8A05A-101)
• spec White Rogers fan control centre supplied by installer
• control wire can be from R&G contacts of fan centre to dry contact on relay in lower control box

c) PRECAUTION - New fan centre to have same power source as original furnace.
d) Motor speed may need to be increased to overcome increased static pressure:
• PSC - move to higher speed as needed
• ECM - adjust taps or control as needed
