Delivery Assembly

Delivery Belt

The Delivery Assembly is there to provide a moving platform for the processed sheets to collect
onto once finished. It consist of 2 main components, the delivery belt, and the delivery roller.

To set the delivery Belt tension correctly it is imperative that the 2 'Roller Drive Belts' are first
loosened to prevent excessive loads to the drive roller bearings.

Lower the delivery until the unit is vertical.

Remove the 4 fixing screws from the 'Upper End Panel' and

remove this panel.

Using a 5mm L-Series Allen key and suitable lever (a spanner is fine),

loosen the 2 button head screws that are used to secure each eccentric
idler tensioner (1 each side).
