• Position the cursor over the
Temperature field and select.
• Enter 92 from the numeric keypad into the field.
• Similarly, enter 30 in the
Time:Sec field.
Additionally, we want the cycler to beep after reaching the target temperature.
• Select
Beep on Target.
At this point, in the Temperature Step window, all selections have been made
according to our protocol.
• Select <OK>.
In the advanced programming window, the program listing now appears as
follows:
Temperature Control Mode: Calculated
Lid Control Mode: Constant at 100
