Reagent NOT USED FOR RINSING
When a reagent NOT used for rinsing has expired its reuse life (in this case: number of processed
cassettes), a RED symbol appears over the corresponding tank and the word REPLACE blinks in red. The
reagents STATUS ICON also turns from green to RED (figure below).
Select Reagents from the MAIN FUNCTIONS screen. In alternative, press directly the Reagents status icon
on the STATUS BAR of the HOME PAGE.
The REAGENTS CONFIGURATION screen appears (figure below). automatically the expired tank in
position NUMBER 2 blinks.
Select the EXPIRED reagent (in this case Flushing MIX) and press the Replace Reagent button (figure
below).
Click YES on the message displayed and the screen on the right appears showing the REAGENT
REPLACEMENT PROCEDURE. Follow the steps written below:
Remove the EXPIRED TANK from the position indicated by the software (number 2 in this case) and press
Done (see next figure) to confirm.
Before continuing with next operations, open the tanks holder doors where the processing
tanks are inserted.
