7.5 Monthly
It’s required to daily check the level of reagents condensed in the three condensation traps.
Lift up the frontal panel, as shown below.
As you can see below, the maximum level of liquid is labeled on each condensation trap (see arrow). When
the level is near the limit, remove the thumbscrew securing the cooltraps and empty any collected fluids.
Then reinsert the condensation traps and secure with thumbscrew.
Make sure that the condensed liquid does not go over the limit indicated.
HOW TO REMOVE THE FILTER FROM THE LOGOS ONE MAIN CAVITY
1.
Open the cover of the main cavity.
2.
Remove the pivot from the bottom of the cavity turning the pivot anticlockwise.
When the cleaning tanks are severely contaminated on the basis of their use change them.
Tank xylene proof CODE 70170F (for details see Chapter 8).
If LOGOS ONE remains OFF for more than a week, when it is turned ON:
Check the reagents levels and adjust them if necessary.
Check WAX deposits in the cleaning tanks and if severely contaminated, clean them and
replace the reagent.
Check the pipes of the cleaning tanks and, if blocked by solid WAX, put them in an oven to
molten it.
The filter must be cleaned at least once a month, depending on the use of LOGOS ONE
and on the tissue type inserted.
