1. The input voltage is too high
2. There is external force driving the motor to run during deceleration
3. The deceleration time is too short
4. Have not installed braking unit and braking resistor
Solution
1. Make the voltage in the normal range
2. Cancel the external force
3. Increase the deceleration time
4. Install braking unit and braking resistor
