The headlamps will automatically be adjusted
when the vehicle crosses the border into coun-
tries in which tra c drives on the other side of
the road and will retain their full range of func-
tions. If necessary, the headlamps can also be
adjusted manually in the
Low beam
menu
(
/
page 165).
In the following cases, check the setting of the
headlamps and change it manually if necessary:

The various lighting systems of the vehicle are
only aids. The driver of the vehicle is responsible
for correct vehicle illumination in accordance with
the prevailing light and visibility conditions, legal
requirements and tra c situation.
