Fitting the rear liner—all SPS 100 pumps

Push the rear liner into position, pushing evenly at both ends so that it does not jam. The anti-
rotation pins within the pump housing (arrowed) guarantee that the liner is properly positioned.
The two liners are identical.

Check that the rotor O-ring is in position.
•
Position the gate within the gate guide and hold as one unit.
Check that the gate and gate guide are correctly oriented for the desired sense of
rotor rotation. This is critical for proper operation.
