Check the continuity between
pin 1 of the fuel temperature
sensor connector and pin 12 of
the ECU connector
Does continuity
exist?
NO

Ignition OFF

Examine the open circuit

Repair/replace the wiring
harness

Clear the error codes and
verify
YES

Suspect ECU

Contact TEKliner
Does continuity
exist?
NO

Ignition OFF

Examine the open circuit
of ground

Repair/replace the wiring
harness

Clear the error codes and
verify
YES

Ignition OFF

Fuel temperature sensor
connector
DISCONNECTED

ECU connector
DISCONNECTED

Check the continuity
between pin 2 of fuel
temperature sensor and pin
34 of the ECU
