Ignition OFF

Repair the short circuit

Clear the error codes and
verify
Go to Step 2

Turn ignition OFF

Injector 1 connector
DISCONNECTED

ECU connector
CONNECTED

Check the continuity
between pin 2 and pin 1 of
the injector

Clear the error codes and
verify
Step 1

Connect the smart tester

Turn the ignition ON

Initialize the diagnostic tool

Record the error codes and clear

Turn ignition OFF

Turn ignition ON

Verify if P126C or P0261 is
present
Is P126C or P261 is
present?
YES

NO
