Check the 15Amps fuse of the
pre supply pump

Ignition OFF

Replace the
fuse

Clear error
codes and
verify

Go to Step 3
Is the fuse
Okay?
Is the voltage
12Volts?
Go to Step 8

Connect the smart tester

Turn the ignition ON

Initialize the diagnostic tool

Record the error codes and clear

Turn ignition OFF

Turn ignition ON

Verify if P0163F,P0163E,
P163D or P1640 is present
Is P0163F, P0163E,
P0163D or P1640
present?
YES
NO

Turn ignition ON

Pre supply pump relay connector
DISCONNECTED

Check the voltage between
pin 30 of the pre supply pump
relay connector and battery
negative and pin 86 of pre
supply pump relay connector
and battery negative
