REGRIND LESS THAN 100%
ALARM CODE:31
Problem: All Regrind Recipe or Percent of Total
Recipe settings add up to less than 100%.
When Blend Mode of Operation is set
to “% of Total Batch” or all
component types are set to REGRIND, the settings must add up to
100% (within the range of 99.0% to 100.0%). When the total of all
settings is less than 99.0%, this alarm occurs.
Solution:
Check the current settings.
REGRIND GREATER THAN 100%
ALARM CODE:32
Problem: All Regrind Recipe or Percent of Total
Recipe settings add up to more than 100%.
When Blend Mode
of Operation is set to “% of Total Batch” or all
component types are set to REGRIND, the settings must add up to
100% (within the range of 99.0% to 100.0%). When the total of all
settings is more than 99.0%, this alarm occurs.
Solution:
Check the current settings.
FLOW CONTROL ALARM
ALARM CODE:33
Problem: Flow Control Valve Not closing.
When the FLOW CONTROL ALARM is enabled (Mix Chamber
Setup), an uncovered level sensor triggers the Flow Control to close
for the next batch. If the sensor is not covered in x cycles (2 by
default) the FCA alarm is sounded and the process stopped.
Solution:
Check Flow Control Valve. Check Mix Chamber level and
increase cycle count if necessary.
COMPONENT VALVE LEAK
DETECTION
ALARM CODE:34
Problem: Weigh Bin gaining weight during a cycle.
This alarm is triggered by a gain of more than 20, 40,or 80 grams
(model dependent) during a dispense cycle, between material
dispenses. This serves to detect and report a component valve
problem, such as material leaking from a slide gate or valve. See
WDD parameter, Weight Differential Detect.
Solution:
Examine component valves for issues with material
retention such as slide gate closure problems, material jam, angel
hair causing leak, low air pressure, damage to slide gates or rails or
obstruction to slide gate closing.
REMOTE RECIPE LOAD
FAILURE ALARM
ALARM CODE:35
Problem: The recipe TAG in Modbus was set to a
recipe number from 1 to 99 but the recipe does not
exist in the internal recipe database.
When a recipe number in the range from 1 to 99 is sent to Modbus
register 40107, the controller checks for the existence of a recipe
with that number in the internal recipe database. If the recipe
number exists and the controller is idle, the new recipe is loaded
and register 40107 returns the new recipe number. If the recipe
number does not exist, an alarm is generated on-screen and
Modbus register 40012 returns alarm code 35 = Remote Recipe
Load Failure.
Solution:
Check the internal database and verify that the recipe
number exists in the database.
