Monitoring System Accuracy
*54 Diagnostic Cycle Report
The *54 diagnostic cycle report is used to analyze individual cycles and the blender
’s overall performance. When the
diagnostic cycle report is enabled, the WSB will automatically write cycle diagnostic information after every cycle to a
file named PRINTER.TXT located within a folder named
“maguire” on a USB flash drive inserted into the USB port on
the controller.
When saving printout information to a USB drive, the USB drive must contain a folder named maguire (you must
first create this folder on a computer).
The blender controller will then create the file PRINTER.TXT and write
data to that file. If a PRINTER.TXT file already exists, the blender controller will append to that file every time a
new print output occurs and will not overwrite existing data within the file.
Turning on *54 Cycle by Cycle Printing - Keypad Sequence:
Press Display will say: ENTER PASSWORD
Press Display will say: PROGRAM
Press Display will say: INSTRUCTION [ __ ]
Press Display will say: PRINTED REPORTS DISABLED
Press Display will say: PRINTED REPORTS ENABLED
Press Display will say: PROGRAM
Press Display will say: WAITING
*77 - Parameter Printout
When troubleshooting, the Parameter Printout (*77) can also be very useful. The Parameter Printout will write all of
the current parameters values to a plain text file on the USB drive.
To Print the PARAMETER Table - Keypad Sequence:
Press Display will say: ENTER PASSWORD
Press Display will say: PROGRAM
Press Display will say: INSTRUCTION [ __ ]
