Lumio OQC for Assembled Touch Screen 10
Panels
Perform the following OQC inspection for Lumio Touch Screens after testing calibration.
OQC includes:
• Glass Inspection below

•

10.1 Glass Inspection
Clean the monitor according to the following instructions:
• Remove finger prints and other foreign materials (Clean the glass panel with a microfibre cloth (Such as 3M Essential
Microfibre Cloth ref: 2012))
• Ensure that adhesive material such as glue or tape, do not intrude into the Active Barrier
•
Clean the monitor with the following cleaning agents of any respectable manufacturer:
o
Isopropyl 99%
o
Isopropanol –IPA

10.2 Components Inspection
Perform the following OQC for the Touch Screen components.

Component Inspection Pass (OK) / Fail
Glass Verify that there are no fingerprints, marks or dust on the
panel
Bezel Verify that the Bezel does not press on the Rod Holders and
the sensors:
USB and Power Cable (when attached) Connect and disconnect the USB and power cables in order
to verify that the PCB Controller works
Glass flatness Verify that the glass is flat
