4.1
Incoming Touch Screen Kit Content Inspection
Ensure that the Touch Screen components received comply with the Touch Screen Kit Content supplied by
Lumio as part of the shipping documents.
4.2
Visual Inspection
Visually inspect the following components.

Touch Screen Panel
Verify that:
•
The Sensors are attached to the Touch Screen panel
•
Each Sensors is attached to an FFC cable
•
The Rod Holders are attached to the Touch Screen panel
•
The glass panel is not broken
PCB Controller
•
Verify that the connectors on the PCB Controller are intact
•
Verify that the connector lockers on the PCB (for the FFC cables) are not broken or
missing
•
Ensure that each FFC cable is connected to the correct sensor connector on the PCB
Controller
Flat Cables (FFC)
•
Ensure that the flat cables are intact and include a blue ribbon at their end
•
Ensure that each cable is connected to the PCB Controller at one end, and to a sensor at
the other end
LED Wires
Verify that the LED wire is connected to the PCB Controller (JP3 on the board) via a LED
extension power cable
