Mounting the heat baffle

Purpose

The heat baffle is necessary to lead the heated air out of the rack.

Mounting

Proceed as follows to mount the heat baffle:

Place the heat baffle (DC1006077, item 1) directly above the mounted

LambdaUnite

®

MSS subrack at the rack rear side as shown in the figure below. Be sure to have the
correct direction.

Mount the heat baffle at hole positions #24 and #27 (see section

“Result” (p. E-9)

)

using M6x16 screws (CC901331421).

NOTE:

The hole numbering is counted from top to bottom of the rack frame.
