Tapping anywhere within the graph pops up the Frequency screen which displays a list of the
70 available frequencies. Tapping on a frequency selects it and closes the screen. The selected
frequency is then used and displayed in the plot

Settings tab
Tapping on the Settings tab displays the currently set Head drive, P gain, Q gain and RF gain
settings for the currently selected product. These values are set up in the
Learn Setup screen
for each product
EnviroScan
Purpose
The EnviroScan screen is displayed by tapping on the EnviroScan icon in the Diagnostics screen.
This screen is intended for advanced diagnostics use by Loma Service Engineers or Customer
Engineers only.
It is designed to identify sources of RF noise in the environment of the metal detector. For example,
one source of noise may be another nearby metal detector operating at the same frequency!
By helping to identify the source of RF noise it is possible to trace their cause and eliminate them or to
select an operating frequency for the detector which is not so affected by the noise. This will maximise
the performance of the detector.
A scan is generally carried out by the Loma Service Engineer when carrying out commissioning of the
metal detector before use.
