INFO 24 "DO NOT FILL!" – not for PNA
Displayed after opening of door when the heating's energy input is limited (e.g. because buffer is
fully-loaded).
WHAT TO DO? Follow the report content.
INFO 25 „Short pellet-refill break due to temperature-rise at insertion auger!“
Dispalyed if a suction system was entered in the basic settings menu and the temperature of the
suction auger (sensor at the bottom) has increased too much during the pellet hopper refill.
WHAT TO DO? The filling process is shortly interrupted, the info is deleted automatically as soon as
the filling process is continued.
It might be a sign that the vent magnet on the chute of the suction auger is defekt. As long as the
Error nr. 14 „Insertiontemp. during feeding too high,CHECK DEPRESSUR.FLAP !“
is not displayed there is no serious problem.

List of Notice reports
NOTICE „PLEASE switch off power for at least 5sec.!”
Displayed after a factory reset has been executed.
WHAT TO DO? Follow NOTICE report's content (switch off power supply for boiler for at least 5
seconds).
NOTICE 1 "Burnerswitch must be "OFF" and "stopping" completed!"
Displayed if out/input test boiler is recalled, the burner switch is set to "ON" and the burner is not in
standstill (homescreen "pellets" + "starting", "working", or "stopping").
WHAT TO DO? Nothing.
NOTICE 2 "I/O-Mainboard-add-on module 1 (EW 1 module) required!"
A function¸ that requires the EW 1 module (e.g. electronic return increase), was tried to be
activated.
WHAT TO DO? Fit the module, then try again.
NOTICE 3 „Busmodule 1 (H-circ.control XL) required!“
A function, that requires bus module 1 (e.g. heating circuit 3 or 4), was tried to be activated.
WHAT TO DO? Fit the module in the menu frame “basic settings 1 of 17”, then try again.
NOTICE 4 „Busmodule 2 (H-circ.control XL) required!“
A function, that requires bus moduel 2 (e.g. heating circuit 5 or 6), was tried to be activated.
WHAT TO DO? Fit the module in the menu frame “basic settings 1 of 17”, then try again.
NOTICE 5 "TD_HV: Select "Backup" or "Only boiler 1" (=2nd boilerOff)!" - not for PNA
Displayed if the "2nd boiler" function has been activated in the "Basic setting 9of17" menu frame in
the case of an TDA-HV and the operation mode under "2nd boiler" in the main menu is unfitting for
the TDA-HV. At the same time, the operation mode is set to "Backup operation".
NOTICE 6 "With TDA-HV, this function is not possible!" - not for PNA

selection for inputs "Extern start terminal" and “Interlock terminal")
NOTICE 7 „RetValve on H-circ.2 Wiring: Mot.Valve : Tm.20-23 Temp.probe: Tm.37,38“
Displayed when the electronic return increase in the basic settings menu is enabled, the EW1
module does not exist, and the heating circuit 2 is not activated.
Statement: If no EW1 module is available, but the heating circuit 2 is not used, the electronic return
increase valve can be controlled via the in- and outlets of the heating circuit 2.
