Displayed if the micro-fuse Nr. 38 has blown due to a short circuit on the I/O circuit board.
The fuse is triggered when at least one of the connected consumers (pumps, mixers, auger motors)
has caused a short circuit, or if a fuse with the wrong nominal current, or tripping characteristic is
used. The data is printed on the I/O circuit board cover next to the fuse.
WHAT TO DO?
Delete report. Please contact an electrician or your customer service.
ERROR 20 „Absorberprobe DISTURBED!“
This ERROR report displays a technical failure of the installation only qualified personal can fix!
Displayed if the collector probe signal shows a value either far below or far beyond the normal
range (larger than +130°C or smaller than -30°C).
The defect can lie with the probe itself (e.g. moisture intrusions) or with cable, clamps, or plugs.
WHAT TO DO?
Delete report. If displayed repeatedly, please contact your customer service.
ERROR 21 "Insertionprobe DISTURBED"
This ERROR report displays a technical failure at the boiler only qualified personal can fix!
Displayed if the probe signal at the pellet conveyor screw is far over or below the normal range
(larger than +130°C or smaller than -30°C).
The defect can lie with the probe itself (e.g. moisture intrusions) or with cable, clamps, or plugs. It
also can be caused by burnback – detectable by discolouration of paint in the area of the probe at
the insertion duct – in this case, the cause for the burnback must be removed (usually caused by
leak at insertion area).
WHAT TO DO?
Delete report (see point 8). If displayed repeatedly, please contact your customer service.
ERROR 22 „Solarcircuit 1 Storageprobe DISTURBED !“
This ERROR report displays a technical failure of the installation only qualified personal can fix!
Displayed if the storage probe signal shows a value either far below or far beyond the normal range
(larger than +130°C or smaller than -30°C).
The defect can lie with the probe itself (e.g. moisture intrusions) or with cable, clamps, or plugs.
WHAT TO DO?
Delete report. If displayed repeatedly, please contact your customer service.
ERROR 23 "Reset DONE!"
Displayed if a factory reset has been triggered. This happens either automatically (after software
update by CS technician) or manually (if a factory reset was triggered in the menu "Special
settings/System/Factory reset").
WHAT TO DO? Nothing.
ERROR 24 "Pellet ignition FAILED!"
This ERROR report displays a possible technical failure at the boiler or installation only qualified
personal can fix.
Displayed if pellets burner start has failed.
WHAT TO DO?
Delete report (see pont 8). In the majority of cases, lack of fuel is the cause – please check! If this
is the case, refill fuel and set burner switch to "ON".
ERROR 25 "Pelletstart, additional feeding"
Displayed if during pellet burner start the usual amount of fuel is not sufficient for ignition and more
fuel has to be inserted (can happen if e.g. the conveyor screw ran empty because fuel stock was
consumed).
To facilitate probable mistake analysis, this report will be registered in the report memory.
WHAT TO DO? Nothing.
ERROR 26 "Log- ignition FAILED!" – not for PNA
Displayed if burner operation mode (see menu frame "Fuel selection") is set to "Only Logs" and
"Manual Ignition") and the manual ignition of the logs failed.
