"TC 3 Report System" – display during operation – Info / Notice /

Question / Error reports

The "TC3 Report System" displays 4 different report types on display:

Information to increase user's understanding of several processes in

boiler or heating. For better recognition, every INFO has its number,

e.g. "INFO 12 – Door open!". Each Info can be deleted by pushing

the button:

1. INFO xy =

Delete with button

 or

Displayed if they are recalled via the text "Info!" or the symbol

2. NOTICE =

Deleted via button

 or

In certain stati a question is posed after a user action, e.g. closing

the door: "Ash-trays empty?" To answer it, follow the instructions on

the display.

3. QUESTION =

In this case, push the button

if  the ash-trays had been emptied
and button

 if not.

An error is displayed if a status occurred that infringes or prevents

the heating operation, e.g. "Error 28 – check storage room". For

better recognition, every ERROR has its own number, e.g. "ERROR

12 – STB triggered–Overheated!". Additionally the display light

flashes every second.

4. ERROR xy =

Push buttons

 and

alternatingly to delete or display

further error reports (if available).

List of INFO reports

INFO 1: "The boiler was overheated! To many logs filled"“ – not happening with PNA

Displayed after boiler overheated in log operation (i.e. boiler temperature exceeded 84°C). This

happens if wood is refilled although buffer reservoir was too warm.

WHAT TO DO? Delete the report (see point 8), measure the amount of wood better the next time

(fill in less).

INFO 2: "Burner activated because of Log self-ignition!" - not for PNA

Displayed if the burner switch is set to "OFF" and the control detects igniting wood in this status.

WHAT TO DO? Delete the report (see point 8), boiler runs in log operation until all wood is

consumed. During the consumption the burner switch flashes "OFF".

If you want the burner to switch on again automatically, the burner switch has to be set to "ON".
