3.7 Schieber austauschen
Benötigtes Werkzeug : Innensechskant-
Schlüssel SW5.
Öl ablassen (gemäß Abschnitt 3.3).
Pumpe mit dem Frontdeckel nach oben so
stellen, daß sie stabil auf der Motorhaube
(7/16) steht, und Kabeldurchführungen und
Schalter nicht beschädigt werden.
Sechs Schrauben (8/85) herausschrauben und
Frontdeckel (8/75) mit Dichtung (8/66)
abnehmen.
Drei Schrauben (7/2) herausschrauben und
Lagerdeckel (7/1) abziehen.
Notfalls kann der Lagerdeckel über die
Gewindebohrung (M8) mit einer Abdrückschraube
abgedrückt werden.
Drei Schieber (7/4) aus dem Rotor (7/3)
herausziehen. Dazu muß der Rotor von Hand
in die für jeden Schieber richtige Position
gedreht werden.
Schlitze säubern und Schieber reinigen oder
austauschen.
Schieber wieder einsetzen. Dabei auf richtige
Lage der Schieber achten. Die Ölnuten (7/A)
befinden sich in Drehrichtung auf der
Vorderseite der Schieber (siehe Abb. 7).
Lagerdeckel (7/1) wieder aufsetzen und drei
Schrauben in kleinen Schritten abwechselnd
fest anziehen.
Die Schrauben mit dem Drehmoment 12 Nm
anziehen.
Achtung
Für diesen Arbeitsgang muß die Pumpe auf
der Motorhaube stehen, damit der Lagerdeckel
nicht verrutscht.
Dichtung (8/66) auflegen und Frontdeckel
(8/75) montieren (gemäß Abschnitt 3.6.7).
Frisches Öl einfüllen.

3.7 Replacing the Vanes
Tools required : Allen key 5 mm.
Drain the oil (see Section 3.3).
Place the pump vertically with the front cover
facing upwards on two wood blocks so that it
stands firmly on the motor hood (7/16) without
damaging the cable lead thru and switches.
Remove the six screws (8/85) and take off the
front cover (8/75 with its gasket (8/66).
Remove the three screws (7/2) and pull off the
bearing cover (7/1).
If necessary, use a M8 threaded hole in the
end plate to break the adhesive seal with the
cylinder.
Pull the three vanes (7/4) out of the rotor (7/3).
To do so, turn the rotor manually to the right
position for each vane.
Clean the slots and clean or replace the vanes.
Reinstall the bearing cover (7/1) and firmly
tighten the three screws aternatly in small
steps.
Tighten the screws to a torque of 12 m.N (8-7
ft-lbs).
Important
For this procedure, the pump must stand on
the motor hood so that the bearing cover does
not slide.
Position the gasket (8/66) and mount the front
cover (8/75) (see Section 3.6.7).
Fill in fresch oil.

toujours monter des joints neufs.
3.7 Remplacement des palettes
Outillage nécessaire : Clé pour vis à 6 pans
creux 5 mm.
Vidanger l'huile (suivant section 3.3).
La pompe doit être posée verticalement sur les
cales en bois afin de la faire reposer de façon
stable sur le capot du moteur (7/16) et éviter
ainsi la détérioration des entrées de câble et
contacteur-interrupteur.
Dévisser les 6 vis (8/85) et enlever la porte
avant (8/75) avec son joint torique (8/66).
Dévisser les trois vis (7/2) et enlever le flasque
(7/1).
Si nécessaire, utiliser le taraudage M8 dans
flasque pour vissage d'une vis de décollage du
flasque.
Retirer les trois palettes (7/4) du rotor (7/3) en
tournant le rotor à la main pour le dégagement
de chaque palette.
Nettoyer les rainures du rotor et les palettes ou
les échanger, si nécessaire.
Introduire les palettes en veillant à leur position
correcte. Les rainures (7/A) se trouvent dans le
sens de rotation sur la face avant des palettes
(voir Fig. 7).
Remettre le flasque (7/1) et reserrer les trois
vis par paliers successifs, en alternant.
Serrer les vis au couple de serrage 12 m.N.
Poser le joint (8/66) et remonter la porte avant
(8/75) (suivant section 3.6.7).
Faire le plein d'huile.
