feststellen und geeignete Sicherheits-maßnahmen
treffen.

Service bei LEYBOLD
Falls Sie eine Pumpe an LEYBOLD schicken,
geben Sie an, ob die Pumpe frei von
gesundheitsgefährdenden Schadstoffen ist oder
ob sie kontaminiert ist. Wenn sie kontaminiert ist,
geben Sie auch die Art der Gefährdung an. Dazu
müssen Sie ein von uns vorbereitetes Formular
benutzen, das wir Ihnen auf Anfrage zusenden.
Eine Kopie dieses Formulars, "Erklärung über
Kontaminierung von Vakuumgeräten und
-komponenten" ist am Ende der
Gebrauchsanleitung abgedruckt.
Befestigen Sie das Formular an der Pumpe oder
legen Sie es der Pumpe bei.
Diese Erklärung über Kontaminierung ist
erforderlich zur Erfüllung gesetzlicher Auflagen
und zum Schuts unserer Mitarbeiter.
Pumpen ohne Erklärung über Kontaminierung
muß LEYBOLD an den Absender zurückschicken.
Vorsicht
Die Pumpe so verpacken, daß sie beim
Transport nicht beschädigt wird und daß
keine Schadstoffe aus der Verpackung austreten
können.
Falls Sie die Pumpe in Ihrer eigenen Werkstatt
öffnen, muß ebenfalls auf eine mögliche
Kontaminierung geachtet werden.
Vorsicht
Beachten Sie bei der Entsorgung gebrauchten Öls
die geltenden Umweltschutz-Vorschriften !
Aufgrund ihres technischen Konzeptes erfordern
die SOGEVAC im Normalbetrieb nur einen
geringen Wartungsaufwand. Die dazu
erforderlichen Arbeiten sind in den nachfolgenden
Abschnitten beschrieben.
Alle Eingriffe in die Pumpe sollen geschultem
Personal vorbehalten bleiben. Unsachgemäß
durchgeführte Wartungs-und Reparaturar-beiten
gefährden die Haltbarkeit bzw. Einsatzfähigkeit
entscheidend und führen zu Schwierigkeiten bei
evtl. Garantieansprüchen.
3.1 Wartungsplan
Die im Wartungsplan angegebenen Zeiten sind
unverbindliche Richtwerte bei normalem Betrieb
der Pumpe. Schlechte Umwelt-bedingungen
und/oder Abpumpen aggressiver Medien können
die Wartungsintervalle stark verkürzen.

Entretien chez LEYBOLD
Si vous renvoyez une pompe à LEYBOLD
indiquer si la pompe est exempte de substances
nuisibles à la santé ou si elle est contaminée. Si
elle est contaminée indiquer le type de danger.
Nous vous prions d'utiliser pour cela le formulaire
que nous avons préparé et que nous enverrons
sur demande.
Vous trouverez une copie du formulaire
"Déclaration de contamination d'appareils et
composants pour le vide" à la fin du mode
d'emploi.
Fixez ce formulaire ou joignez-le à la pompe.
Cette déclaration est nécessaire pour satisfaire
aux règlements légaux et pour protéger nos
collaborateurs.
LEYBOLD se trouvera dans l'obligation de
renvoyer à l'expéditeur toute pompe reçue sans
sa déclaration.
Avertissement
Emballer les pompes de manière à éviter
leur endommagement pendant le
transport et à interdire que des produits nocifs
puissent sortir de l'emballage.
Si vous ouvrez une pompe dans votre atelier,
vous êtes également responsable de la prise en
compte d'une éventuelle contamination.

Observer les prescriptions de protection de
l'environnement en vigueur lors de la décharge
d'huiles usagées !
En raison de leur conception technique, les
pompes SOGEVAC n'exigent pratiquement pas
d'entretien en service normal. Les travaux
necessaires sont décrits plus loin.
Toute les interventions sur la pompe doivent
uniquement être confiées à du personnel qualifié.
Des travaux d'entretien et de réparation
inappropriés mettent considérablement en danger
la durée de vie ou la fiabilité du matériel et
conduisent à des difficultés lors d'éventuelles
revendications de garantie.

Les temps indiqués dans le plan d'entretien
préventif sont liés à un service normal de la
pompe. Des conditions de travail sévère ou le
pompage en milieux agressifs peuvent
raccourcir fortement les intervalles.

If you send a pump to LEYBOLD indicate
whether the pump is free of substances
damaging to health or whether it is
contaminated. If it is contaminated also
indicate the nature of hazard. For this you
must use the form we have prepared and
which will be provided upon request.
A copy of this form, "Declaration of
Contamination of Vacuum Instruments and
Components" is reproduced at the end of the
Operating Instructions.
Please attach this form to the pump, or
enclose it with it. This Declaration is required
to meet the law and to protect our personnel.
LEYBOLD will return any pump received
without a "Declaration of Contamination" to the
sender's address.
Warning
The pump must be packaged in such
a way that it will not be damaged
during shipping, and so that no harmful
substances can escape from the package.
If you open a pump at your own works also
observe a potential contamination.

When disposing of used oil, please observe
the relevant environmental regulations
Due to the design concept of the SOGEVAC,
maintenance is normally kept to a minimum.
The work required is descr bed in the sections
below.
All work on the pump must be carried out by
suitably trained personnel. Maintenance or
repairs done incorrectly affect the life
performance of the pump and may cause
problems when filing warranty claims.
