Customize the Printer Properties for printing banners. For information
on opening the Printer Properties, see the “Tip” in the margin .

Print your banner.

Squeeze the release tab and the
paper guide together and slide
the paper guide to the edge of
the banner. d
Insert the unattached edge of the
first page into the automatic feeder.
Click OK.
Click the
Paper tab.
Use the scroll bar to
select Banner or
Banner A4 paper
size.
Tip
To open the Printer
Properties, click:

File.

Print, Print Setup, or
Printer Setup.

or Setup button.

Removing extra
banner paper
If you loaded more paper
than you needed:

Tear off your banner.

Press the Paper Feed but-
ton to remove extra paper
from the automatic feeder.
