Battery output voltage: Battery voltage x Battery current
The battery output power (Pbat) can be monitored with the hardware test
program and should be approximately 2.00 W during discharge.
This can be calculated as follows: Pbat = Battery voltage x Battery current.
Example: 5.3 V x 367 mA = 1.94 W.
Note: the power adapter is not connected.
7.5 Trouble shooting
7.5.1 Registering Bluetooth puller is not possible
The menu item ‘Register Bluetooth devices’ is not available.

Contact your LABORIE representative.
7.5.2 Bluetooth puller not displayed in HW test program
The Bluetooth puller is not displayed in the hardware test program (§ 4.4).
In case you use the hardware test program Bluetooth:

Register the Bluetooth puller in the hardware test program Bluetooth
(§ 3.5.2).
7.5.3 The puller does not pull
The puller does not pull at all but I hear the motor.

Reposition the slider.

Clean and check the functioning of the pinion.

Try another slider.
7.5.4 The slider slips and makes some noise
The motor loses its magnetic coupling, and the slider slips and makes some
noise. This situation does not harm the Bluetooth puller. Note that the
investigation results are not reliable, because the measured distances can be
wrong. You must solve the problem and to repeat the investigation. The
LABORIE software cannot recognize this situation nor compensate it during
the analysis.
