Click, choose and press
In this manual, we distinguish the use of the software (clicking buttons and
choosing a menu item) and the use of the keys on your keyboard.
When you have to
click a button you will see the button on the left and the
screen that appears on the right (e.g. the Help button on the previous page).
The name of the button is printed bold: e.g. click the
Print report button.

Choose Report > Print report means that you must click Report on the
menu-bar and choose Print report .
Press a button means pressing the button on the remote control, e.g. the Start
investigation button .
Press a key
means pressing the key on the keyboard, e.g. the Shift function
key.

In this manual, we use the following symbols to draw your attention to
important information.
WARNING A warning is a statement that alerts the user to the
possibility of injury, death or other serious adverse
reactions associated with the use or misuse of the device.
