3.5  Hardware Test 

3.5.1 

Introduction 

The Solar Blue hardware test program can be used to perform preventive 
maintenance on the Solar Blue module and all connected modules (wireless or 

by USB cables). Information about the connected computer (laptop) can also 
be found. 

 

 

WARNING 

Do not connect a patient to the measurement system 

when using the hardware test (diagnostic) program to 
prevent injuries due to absence of some integral safety 

guards. 

 

The hardware test program can be started from the database program. 
There are two hardware test programs available: 

  The hardware test Bluetooth can be used to test the Bluetooth modules (via 

a wireless connection) (see § 3.5.2)

  The hardware test Solar (USB) can be used to test the modules which is 

connected by USB cables (see § 3.5.3)
